Mental Health Monday Week 6

Mental Health Monday will feature every Monday for the next few weeks to help students navigate their COVID ruts. Feel free to work through the activities in order, or mix and match with whatever days you want to.


  1. Ask a friend about their day, listen, and respond.

  2. Smile at a stranger today.

  3. After you wake up, stand up, reach your hands above your head, and then reach down and touch your toes. Repeat this before bed.

  4. Put on your favourite movie.

  5. Stargaze tonight.

  6. Compliment someone who needs it today.

  7. Make some hot chocolate to keep yourself warm.



Grounding tool of the week:

Place both feet on the floor and curl and uncurl your toes. Focus on the feelings in your feet.
