Mental Health Monday Week 4

Mental Health Monday will feature every Monday for the next few weeks to help students navigate their COVID ruts. Feel free to work through the activities in order, or mix and match with whatever days you want to.


  1. Set a goal for yourself, spend the day working to achieve that.

  2. Put on your favorite movie.

  3. Light a candle and read for a while.

  4. Walk around your neighborhood, observe all the stories that live there.

  5. Ask someone for a book recommendation, see what they think you’d like.

  6. Make a to-do list for the day, check off each item with pride.

  7. Create your morning playlist to get you out of bed each day.



Grounding tool of the week:

Look around the room and pick one color you see a lot of. Count how many shades of that color you can see. Get as specific as you can.



It’s time to start reclaiming our lives and making memories after this past year. Get going, KSS!
