Mental Health Monday Week 3

Mental Health Monday will feature every Monday for the next few weeks to help students navigate their COVID ruts. Feel free to work through the activities in order, or mix and match with whatever days you want to.


  1. Play your favourite song and dance out everything from your day.

  2. Go for a run (nothing crazy, just get out for a while).

  3. Listen to a podcast and do something with your hands (sew, clean).

  4. Make a list of things that made you smile today.

  5. Make a to-do list for the day, check off each item with pride.

  7. Offer to make someone a meal.


Grounding tool of the week:


Lie flat in a comfortable position, and put one hand on your stomach. Take a deep breath in through your nose and let your belly push your hand out. Breath out through pursed lips as if to whistle. Repeat this 3-10 times.
