Mental Health Monday Week 1

Between school, clubs, socializing, it’s important to take time each day for yourself to reset and reflect. Here’s a list of activities you can try this week to take some time for yourself. Complete them in any order you wish, or skip some if you prefer, it’s your choice.


  1. Ask a friend about their day.

  2. Take a hike!

  3. Make sure you’re well hydrated today, maybe pack a water bottle.

  4. Take a whack at baking something today.

  5. Go to bed ten minutes earlier today.

  6. Watch a Halloween movie.

  7. Try to photograph something that made you smile today.



Grounding tool of the week:


Use the rule of three, look around and list three things that you can see, now listen for three things you can hear, and finally, three things you can smell.
