Mental Health Monday Week 1

Mental Health Monday will be featured every Monday for the next few weeks to help students navigate their covid ruts. Feel free to work through the activities in order, or mix and match with whatever days you want to.


  1. Turn off your phone after school, focus on all the good things that happened today.

  2. Brainstorm bucket list items (even a bucket list just for spring)

  3. Try to give out 25 compliments today.

  4. Find a project to productively fill your day.

  5. Make yourself an extravagant snack after school today.

  6. Clean your room, deep clean is best but just tidying works too.

  7. Find an old recipe you loved when you were. younger, and treat yourself.



Grounding tool of the week:

The rule of three, look around and list three things that you can see, now listen for three things you can hear, and finally, three things you can smell.



It’s time to start reclaiming our lives and making memories after this past year. Get going, KSS!
