We all know the feeling of craving something sweet, cold and delicious like a Wendy’s Chocolate Frosty, but then comes the worry about should I really be eating this? Or is this really good for me? Unfortunately that answer is a big, loud NO. Instead why not make your own, healthier, version! Here’s a simple recipe perfect for quenching your thirst as well as satisfying your sugar cravings without all of the extra calories.
Ingredients:
15 Ice Cubes
¾ Cup Almond Milk
1 Tbsp of Vanilla
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
⅓ of a Banana
All you have to do is BLEND!
